Ethan ALWAYS accommodates my father issues with is hearing aides. Ethan has been absolutely wonderful, and all of this office colleagues to help my father with is hearing aides. I cannot recommend Ethan and this colleagues enough for the help he is has provided my father. I cannot say enough good things about his establishment. On each visit he has throughly inspected and cleaned my aids and replaced parts even though I was not having issues, and checked my ears. I recently moved out of the state so he gave me extra parts and showed me how to clean and replace the parts in the event I have an issue. Gregory E25 June 2025I had taken my elderly Mother to the Millersburg location several times for check ups of her hearing aids. I had already seen the attention and care given to her. So I made an appointment to have my hearing tested and purchase a new set of hearing aids. Ethan took lots of time setting me up with a new pair of hearing aids to try. He made an appointment for the following week to make any adjustments necessary and give me time to decide if I liked them or not. There was no pushy sales talk. He filled out all the paperwork necessary for my Blue Cross insurance and submitted it to them. I'm very happy with my new hearing aids. I would definitely recommend Northumberland Hearing Center. Update 12/21/2024: I'm very happy with my new hearing aids. I'm especially happy with the Bluetooth device that connects to our TV and transmits the sound directly to my hearing aids. Now I can hear movies and shows much clearer; Even when they're speaking softly. I've had these hearing aids now for 6 months and am totally glad I purchased them here at the Millersburg office of the Northumberland Hearing Center. Ethan takes good care of his patients, doing all he can for them. Update 6/25/2025: I was just in to have my hearing aids and charger cleaned and checked (Service after the sale). I am totally satisfied with these hearing aids. I really love the Bluetooth adapter to our TV set. Shows on Netflix always seem to be poor audio quality, but with the Bluetooth coming thru the hearing aids shows are crystal clear. I've recommended the hearing center to friends. Why is it seniors are so reluctant to give hearing aids a try. Highly recommend them.Posted on Google

The technician completely cleaned my hearing aids, showed me how to change the filters and how to ensure I had the ear buds placed correctly. She also provided a pack of filters. The Northumberland Hearing Center is where I purchased my second set of hearing aids my first set was purchased through a well-established medical facility. I must say dealing with the Northumberland Hearing Center has far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service is excellent they go out of their way to make sure you receive the best care and fitting possible. They address any concerns that you may have, answer any questions and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. The hearing aids I received are exceptional quality and have greatly enhanced my every day hearing situations.
